My two year old phone now looks new. New battery, new screen cover, new case. Two weeks ago I had two other phones repaired, wife and family members. But most important is the excellent service that I received from Zain, who has such a friendly manner and very excellent hands. I watched him use 3 different screwdrivers for the different screws that are in my iPhone. Even removing the glue that affixed to the battery is intricate and takes experience and talent. The max four people per store and need for masks is respected by the customers. This store really helps people!

THINK IT TWICE BEFORE YOU BUY This store sells modified iPhones with fake Apple parts... I got an iPhone XR from this store 11 months ago, it was claimed to be BRAND NEW. Phone was blacklisted one month after the purchase. Went to speak to the guys and he agreed to send the phone back to his \Supplier\ in exchange for another new phone. Now 11 month after the purchase, the phone battery died completely. Took the phone back to him but he refused to honor his warranty which is clearly written in the invoice as being \1 year warranty\. Apple Store in Bayshore confirmed that the battery was a third party part and even the serial number of the phone had been modified somehow. I will file compliant to BBB as well as the Ontario Ministry of Government and Consumer Services. I'm also looking for advice as to whether a police report would help... In the meantime, just wanted to warn whoever read this review - don't get ripped off, think twice before you buy a phone from this store. UPDATE: In Response to This One-man Shop's Response An excellent example of what this guy would say in order to evade his responsibility. I believe whoever reads the review can tell by themselves who is the liar - photo of the receipt attached.

Best experience I had in any phone store in Ottawa. The employee took their time to explain me everything and and gave me very honest advice to pick the right phone me. I bought a new LG phone a got great deal on it. Loved their products and service. Thanks guys keep up the good work.

Highly recommended!!! Got a great deal on Brand new Iphone 11. It turned out to be cheaper than Apple store. Saved around 150 on phone and accessories all together. Very Pleasant and courteous staff..
